Is currently 1-3 businesses days, any orders made over the weekend will be processed the following business day. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDING THE PROCESSING FOR USPS OR FEDEX ONCE YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN DROPPED OFF.

Orders outside of the US may be held at customs and may take 7-14 business days to arrive. 

 

 

My Order Says “delivered” but is not here, why?

 

If this situation ever occurs, please contact the shipping carrier. Quench Beauté. keeps you updated on your order from the moment is received and provides you with a tracking number once the order has shipped. We do our best to get all our orders to our carriers safe and sound! However, once your package has been shipped, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.
